On the 2nd of September 2025, the European Space Agency (ESA) opened the doors of its ESTEC research and technology center to celebrate three decades of European satellite navigation. The event brought together partners, pioneers, and visionaries who have shaped the success of EGNOS, Galileo, and Europe’s space navigation capabilities.

We are incredibly proud that Dr. Oscar Pozzobon, Co-Founder and CEO, was recognized during this celebration for Qascom’s contributions to the satellite navigation ecosystem. This acknowledgment reflects our dedication and innovation of the entire Qascom team in advancing secure and resilient navigation solutions. During his gratitude speech he stated, “we started as 3 engineers with good ideas in 2004. 21 years later we demonstrated Galileo on the moon, and our work is received by 5 billion users.”

We extend our gratitude to ESA, the European Commission, EUSPA – EU Agency for the Space Programme, and all partners who have contributed to Europe’s satellite navigation success. Together, we continue shaping the future of secure, precise, and innovative navigation.
