Sales Engineer
QASCOM is looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our company in the space and defence sector in Cassola, Vicenza, Italy. Qascom is a leading space and defence company specialising in advanced satellite navigation security, offering innovative solutions in GNSS authentication, space cybersecurity, interference detection, and simulation systems for space exploration and critical infrastructure. The candidate will contribute to the business development of our products and services in satellite navigation and space cybersecurity. You will connect with space agencies, large aerospace industries and universities all around Europe, bidding for tenders on cutting edge space technologies. You will also contribute to the market analysis and sales for our satellite navigation receivers and simulators worldwide.

As part of the Sales team, you will contribute to:
• The selection, preparation, and submission of proposals and tenders
• Pre- and post-sales activities for the company’s products and services
• Business development plan for both products and services
• Requirements analysis and sales strategies
• Commercial exploitation process of products and recurring services
Desired qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engeneering, ideally in the field of Telecommunication,
Aerospace, Physics, Software, Electronics or other in the Information Technologies domain.
• 1 year experience in a high-tech / aerospace / cybersecurity / research domain.
• Experience in preparation of tenders and proposals is considered a plus.
• Experience in engineering services (in telecommunication, or software, or space) is considered a plus.
• Eligibility for National Security Clearance.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge in at least two of the following domain is required:
Satellite navigation systems (ground, signal, space segments)
Satellite navigation applications (user segment)
Signal Intelligence / Radio Frequency Monitoring
Cybersecurity
Cryptography
Space Engineering
Software Engineering
Telecommunication
Security assurance
Project engineering
