As a Business Developer, you will contribute directly to the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping commercial strategies, and supporting the expansion of advanced technology products and services. You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with highly skilled technical teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making and to projects with major European and international institutions.
In this role, you will combine commercial insight, technical curiosity, and customer-focused thinking to help transform innovative solutions into concrete business results.

What you’ll work on

  • Contribution to the development of the services and products business, including the definition of the growth plan and sales strategy;

  • Conduct market analysis and technical assessment of products and customer requirements;

  • Direct contact with clients and generation of new business opportunities;

  • Support public relations activities and maintain contact with clients, partners, universities, and local institutions;

  • Identification of tender responses in the Cybersecurity, Space, and Defence sectors, including satellite navigation and security services;

  • Coordination of preparation of bids, including contributions to technical, financial, and management aspects with the stakeholders;

  • Support in the promotion and sale of high‑security and advanced‑technology products, such as GNSS receivers, simulators, and interference‑monitoring systems;

  • Technical and engineering support for products and services, aligning requirements with market needs, monitoring quality, and interacting with clients;

 What do you need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following: Telecommunication,  Aerospace, Software or Computer Science Engineering;
  • More than 3 years of experience (from minimum of 3 years, to more than 15 years) in commercial or technical roles in high‑tech, aerospace, cybersecurity or research sectors;
  • Strong proficiency in a specialized vertical field related to your academic background (e.g., aerospace engineering, ICT, cybersecurity, telecommunications);
  • Eligibility for National Security Clearance;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Desired Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in tender and proposal preparation;
  • Experience in engineering services (telecom, software or space);
  • Good financial literacy, with the ability to interpret budgets and evaluate costs;

  • Knowledge in developing or contributing to Business Plans, including market assessment, value proposition definition and revenue modelling;

  • Familiarity with Project Management principles, including planning, stakeholder coordination and tracking of deliverables.
