Software Security Engineer
The candidate will join our Security Engineering team, supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of security software systems for space missions and governmental services. This includes the design of security protocol, security architectures and cryptographic solutions.
At Qascom we are involved in the newest cutting-edge projects of the European Space Agency ESA and the Italian Space Agency ASI, as well as the major international industrial players of the security sector.

Navigation Software Engineer
Qascom is seeking a highly skilled Navigation Software Engineer to join the Navigation Technologies team working on next-generation GNSS and LEO-PNT receivers, and multi-sensor fusion technologies.
The ideal candidate shall have expertise in real-time C++ software development targeting microcontrollers processors and experience in navigation algorithms. Experience in signal processing with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) methods is an asset.

Accounting Manager
Qascom è alla ricerca di un/una Accounting Manager che avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire l’efficace gestione amministrativa e contabile dell’azienda, supportandone al contempo il percorso di evoluzione organizzativa e digitale.
La persona sarà responsabile della supervisione dell’intero ciclo amministrativo e contabile, assicurando accuratezza, conformità normativa e rispetto delle scadenze. Avrà inoltre il compito di coordinare e sviluppare il team Administration, promuovendo crescita professionale, autonomia e orientamento al risultato.
In un’ottica di miglioramento continuo, contribuirà all’ottimizzazione e alla standardizzazione dei processi amministrativi e contabili, incrementando efficienza, trasparenza e scalabilità organizzativa. Fornirà supporto decisionale al management attraverso una reportistica finanziaria accurata e tempestiva, riportando direttamente al General Manager e ai CEO.

Space System Engineer
Qascom is looking for Space System Engineers to join our Engineering Division within the Space, Defence & Operations Domain.
The successful candidate will contribute to and take responsibility for system engineering activities within Qascom’s Space domain projects.
This includes working across the full system lifecycle, from the design and development to verification and validation of advanced space systems and payloads (such as GNSS-based solutions for LEO, deep space and lunar applications), as well as Qascom’s products related to Navigation, RF Monitoring and Security.
