Qascom had the honor of being invited to the European Parliament to participate in the event “The Future of Aerospace – What are the Prospects for the European Strategy?”
This high-level event brought together key institutional representatives and industry leaders to discuss strategic directions for supporting the growth and innovation of the European space sector.
Among the speakers were Nicola Zingaretti, Head of the Italian Socialists and Democrats Group in the European Parliament Delegation; Giorgio Gori, Member of the European Parliament; Teodoro Valente, President of the Italian Space Agency (ASI); Isabella Poldrugo, Deputy Head of the Space Policy Unit at DG DEFIS, European Commission; Domenico Mignolo from the Directorate CSC, European Space Agency (ESA); Flavio Sbardellati PMP from the Market Development Department, EUSPA – EU Agency for the Space Programme; and Sergio Jesi, Director of EU Programs at AIAD – the Federation of Italian Companies for Aerospace, Defense and Security.
Representing Qascom, Alessandro Pozzobon emphasized the importance of supporting the growth of SMEs as a strategic pillar for competitiveness and for the development of the entire European space supply chain.
